Toddington Manor, Bedfordshire (2014-present)

DCLA are working with two teams of architects to transform this sensitive historic site for modern use.

Toddington village and the Manor are recorded on a remarkable plan by the topographer Ralph Agas dated 1581. His map of London c. 1591, is well known but only parts of the Toddington plan, now at the British Library, have ever been published.

The present landscape structure has barely changed from the sixteenth century and the new uses respect this important survivor. Verified Views by RBMP.
